Event held annually by the Secretary of State for Culture in Latin America Memorial, brings together DJs, MCs, graffiti artists and breaking dancers bringing discussion forums, workshops, storytelling, performances and DJ gigs. In 2009 the theme was "Do gueto pros mundos", in English "From suburbs To worlds".
