House Party marks the feature debut of director Reginal Hudlin (Mo' Betta Blues) and actor Martin Lawrence (Bad Boys) star of the hit TV sitcom Martin. It's a fast and fresh look at one teenager's pursuit of life, liberty and happiness. Kid (musician Christopher Reid) has three things going for him- a tall fade, a wide grin and a way with women. But three equally powerful things are against him- the trio "Full Force," as the pumped-up punks who want to put an end to Kid's fun, an over-protective father (Robin Harris), and the very beautiful best friends who want Kid to choose between them. What's a kid to do?
